Personal Development Plan For Building Self Confidence

Your Personal Development Plan needs to be as unique as you are. You will be keen to establish your own clarity regarding:

  1. Where You Are Right Now
  2. Goals and Aspirations
  3. Priorities
  4. Timescales
  5. Key Challenges
  6. Support Network
  7. Inspired Action Plan
  8. Resistance & Barriers To Overcome
Application of the Empowerment Process will write your Personal Development Plan for you. It will prompt you to answer all of these questions as well as provide the data with which to answer these questions in great detail.

Personal Growth and Self Esteem In other words as a by-product of working with the Empowerment Process a Personal Power Development Plan is developed specifically for and with you.

Once you have completed the Initial Confidence Test we will work together on your initial Self Confidence priorities either through Direct Coaching or the Confidence Week programme

The tangible progress made will fuel your enthusiasm to look beyond your immediate priorities and to explore the definition of:

  • Short Term Goals - Next 30 Days
  • Mid Term Goals - During The Coming Year
  • Long Term Goals
You will be feeling very powerful at this point as you will be concentrating on What You Do Want and the goal setting exercise will prove to be really exciting.

You will determine your own priorities and together we will regularly review your Emotional Guidance System to clarify where your resistance is located so that you can release it and accelerate your progress towards all that you want.

You will want to continually apply the Empowerment Process and you may choose to do so on a monthly cycle during the Personal Power Programme and in so doing increasingly:
