Judgment Creates Seperation and Vulnerability In Your Experience

Judgment is one of the most damaging aspects of the human experience and from the broader perspective is invalid in every case.

It is grounded in the premise that there is a right way and a wrong way to live your life, and whilst not denying that societies will benefit from determining what is most appropriate for the good of the whole, no one but you can determine what is best for you.

Judgment and Self Confidence You have a unique perspective on this world, formed from your own environment, experiences, DNA and preferences and you have always had and always will have free will to determine what is best for you.

So how is someone outside of you better placed to decide on your behalf?

The belief that they are originates on a physical level when adult parents decide that because a child cannot feed itself and care for itself that it cannot think for itself. The parent assumes the role as their parents did before them of being the guide, thinker, judge and jury for that child.

The child is presented with no alternative but to accept the basis of this relationship, yet the urge to self determine never leaves that child throughout their maturation.

The rebellious teenager is the child who can restrain their urge to make their free choices no longer. What happens to them? They get judged all the more.

So judgment seperates all of us from our the very essence of life; to freely choose for ourselves how we wish to live our lives and exploit our natural talents.

By having to accept these criticisms from around us whether they be from:

You become vulnerable to the demands and expectations of others regardless of whether they are in alignment with your own desires and sense of purpose.

This creates the perfect environment for the erosion of your natural self confidence.

  • Each criticism is taken to heart as accepted as fact
  • Each one can last a lifetime if not corrected
  • Each one stimulates the creation of a new avoidance strategy
  • Each one reinforces that you are not good enough
  • Each one erodes your sense of worth...
The more judgmental your environment has been the more challenging it has been for you to maintain your natural self confidence.

The route back to self confidence requires you to make one simple choice.

I will prioritise how I think and feel about my experience above how anyone else thinks and feels about it.

This one simple commitment will empower you to revisit some of the historical judgments that have Seperated You From Your True Power, and to replace them with new empowering beliefs and a sense of Appreciation that will propel your life forward in a more positive manner than ever before.
