Your Inner Judge - Friend or Foe?
You may or may not be familiar with your Inner Judge, who has developed throughout your life as you faced situations that scared you or at times when people criticised you or made you feel worthless. This ego-centric companion originally served only to protect you from that which you feared, but over time its influence grew to impact that which you desire as well.
If you were able to live a life of total faith without fear, he/she would fade into nothingness as it would no longer have a role to play. So they all originate from a point of fear and their very presence demonstrate the existence of feelings of low self-worth.This Inner Critic has bottom line motivators that are always a reaction to a fear that was built in your childhood by:
1. Criticism from your Parents
2. Criticism From Your Teachers
3. Criticism From Your Employers
4. By an event that you

important to you in which you feel you 'failed'. These situations and criticisms can leave a scar, making you feel unworthy and fearful. You have been denying and hiding these dark sides (shadows) of yourself all your life, and you have developed numerous strategies to avoid them appearing in the present moment to ensure you do not get criticised again. You must bring them into your awareness now. Own them, accept them, and watch them patiently with a smile. See what they are. Embrace this shadow side. It is still you. Accept it and love it just as you love the light side. And through this process, you will feel free, empowered and lighter! What you resist persists, what you bring to the light transforms and releases you.
Your Inner Judge lives in fear
and is therefore assumed to be an enemy yet every time he/she appears he/she is highlighting to you, if you would only pay attention, that with regards to the current object of your attention you have
Resistance
waiting to be processed. Accept the guidance and empower a new sponsoring thought based in faith not fear and your new friend, the Inner Judge will leave you in peace. Why not take the Self Confidence Test NOW? It only takes 3-5 minutes.
