Believe In Yourself And Your Self Confidence Shines Through

Do you believe that:

• You are free

• You are powerful

• You are loved and loving

• You are good

• You are worthy

• You have value

• You have purpose

• All is well

If you don't then your emotions will rarely be at their most positive, and you will experience stress and resistance. Resistance appears when you believe that you are vulnerable or susceptible to something that you do not want and you therefore maintain a stance of protection, which only holds you in a place separated from your own confidence and true power.

Believe in Natural Self Confidence

If you are looking to improve your self confidence then the time has come to:
  • Become conscious of the key beliefs that are limiting your confidence
  • Establish personal, empowering beliefs that will maximise not only your self confidence but your happiness with your life
You are very selective about the car you drive. You are very selective about what you wear. You are very selective about what you put in your mouth to eat. I want you to become increasingly selective about what you think and what you believe.

Belief - A thought you keep thinking A belief is nothing more than a thought that you keep thinking. Your beliefs are the foundation for who you become as a person. You have utilised your whole life experience to develop and amend your belief system.

Some of the development of your belief system has occurred consciously, where you have explored a subject and determined for yourself what you believe to be true. I will call this an Internal, Conscious Belief. Or you might have readily and knowingly accepted the beliefs and opinions of influential others - parents, teachers, employers, peers - I will call these External, Conscious Beliefs.

However much of your belief system has developed unconsciously. It is here that it becomes critical to increase your awareness of your own beliefs whether they originated externally or internally.

Every conscious thought that you have has a Sponsoring Belief from within your belief system behind it, which you will often be unconscious of.

The sponsoring belief will have become established at some point in your life as you faced various situations and interacted with pivotal people in your life. All sponsoring beliefs are based in either: Faith or Fear.

The key to becoming more conscious of your beliefs, therefore, is to identify the nature of the sponsoring belief and if it is fear based, transform it into a faith based belief that supports realisation of your desire. Faith based beliefs provide the strong foundations needed to have a strong and stable platform for self confidence.

If you are focused on a particular desire that you do want but you are experiencing negative emotions with regards to it, then you now know that you have identified the location of a sabotaging, sponsoring belief. This sabotaging belief has the power to orientate your thinking more towards the absence of what you do want not the presence or emergence of what you do want. Such a sponsoring belief will always be accompanied by a negative emotion.

Your work is to replace it with a supporting belief based in faith that will orientate your focus more and more towards believing in the presence or emergence of what you do want, which in turn will be accompanied by positive emotion.

Ultimately your work is to uncover and replace any sabotaging, sponsoring beliefs as your attention is drawn to them by your emotions.

Examples of Desire Supporting Beliefs:

  • Things always work out for me
  • I love and approve of myself
  • I believe in myself and my capabilities
  • I can be, do or have anything of my choosing
  • I appreciate every aspect of my life experience
  • Everything that I desire is lined up for me
  • I have total faith in my natural well-being
  • All of my actions are inspired
  • Happiness is my natural birth right
  • My primary intention is to be happy now
As you increasingly populate your belief system with desire supporting beliefs your natural self confidence is no longer being resisted and it shines through and lights up your journey to what you do want.
