Anxiety Can Be Eliminated By Correcting Your Thinking
Anxiety is rooted in the belief that you are not valuable and worthy of the happiness that you crave. This is not true. Within you there is the unlimited capability to be, do or have anything that you desire. When you believe this you feel self confident and nothing can stop you, and I know there are some things in your life that when you focus on them you feel totally empowered.
But in other areas of your life you cannot reproduce the same feelings. You focus on a subject and you immediately feel fearful,
(for example Public Speaking)
anxious or
Shy.
So what is the cause?It is a combination of factors: - You are not clear on exactly what you do want with regards to that subject
- You focus your attention on what you don't want
- You don't believe that you are worthy of what you do want even if you could define it
Hence you experience the negative feelings, and your actions suffer as a result.The great news is that all of these factors are under your control if you consciously choose to exercise your true power. You do not need to learn anything new, you just need to remove the blockages that exist within your belief system and then fine tune your ability to determine what you desire and then focus your undivided attention upon that. You will feel more confident immediately and you will become inspired to act in your own best interests. If you do not address these factors then anxiety will increasingly become an active part of your experience and it will begin to penetrate areas that previously were unaffected. A weakened self identity continues to get weaker unless something changes.
No Matter What Form Your Anxiety Takes
it can only be addressed if your unconscious thinking can be brought into your awareness, where it can be replaced with new thoughts that align with a more powerful and valuable sense of self - your true identity. The first step will be to review the emotions that you have recently experienced when you have focused upon any subject that generates a lack of confidence. This emotional audit focuses primarily on the negative scale of emotions which will easily lead us to the identification of thoughts that you have been consistently thinking. These thoughts are important because they have reinforced the unconscious belief which continues to perpetuate the original lie. When the truth about your true value and worthiness starts to be accepted by you, your anxiety will fade away. The
